Pineapple curuba wheat

This beer is our seasonal American Wheat Ale refermented on fresh pineapple and curuba puree. Curuba is a species of passion fruit that is usually found growing in high elevation “cloud forests”. Specifically, the curuba we sourced was grown at 8,370 ft above sea level in the northern part of the Los Andes Mountain Range in Colombia/South America. It’s flavor is commonly described like a blend of orange and tangerine mixed with a pinch of passion fruit. The flavor and aroma of this beer is full of fresh squeezed pineapple juice with complex tropical fruit undertones complete with a spritzy and refreshing texture and body. Come on in and try a pint!
